In India around 50% offices/ institutions are uncalled burden on the Public Exchequer, simply to adjust the leftovers politicians,those,who cannot be adjusted in the Ministerial Berths & the other favorites of the ruling class people. There have been numerous Commissions & Committees etc. which are doing the jobs of courts. After all where lies the need to appoint Commissions like Liberhan etc. to prove cases by undermining the importance of Judiciary of the nation?
