My name is Vivek Mehta,I have buy your reliance gsm connection Mobile No-9681765037 in the name of my mother Kiran Mehta Address-5,Duff Street Kolkata-700006 and submitted related documents i.e photo,voter id card xerox and signature of my mother in the form and in documents also on 8/6/2009 and connection started on 10/6/20009 and after one or two days verification call comes in my mothers phone and mother answers all questions as they asked against the said documents given above but at 26/6/2009 a message comes that my outgoing and incoming calls are deactivated i.e my connection has been disconnected by your company then i call your call center through other reliance mobile and asked them why this happens to my connection and they answered that i have to resubmit the documents then i as said by your company gave my dealer the related documents i.e photo,voter id card xerox, pan card xerox of my mother again at 27/6/2009 but still now my connection has not been started yet so i request you to kindly look into the matter and get started my connection as it was before as soon as possible as i am facing very much problems regarding this and why it is so delaying inthis matter please try to sove it as soon as possible.
